Is real estate really booming in kerala.?

In the recent years kerala have seen lots of new builders into kerala real estate. Are these relatively new builders and the old builders in kerala are following the Safety Standards during the building of sky scrapers in kerala towns. According to those who are closely related to the real estate of kerala, there is no security measures taken for the workers. According to Beaureu of Indian Standards the workers should be wearing a helmet and use a safety belt during construction work. How many of these builders in kerala have implemented these security measures? This year itself about eight people has died during construction work. Isn't this an alarming number, thinking of the fact the real estate business is kerala has started booming. Majority of the deaths during the construction work is being ignored by the people and media of kerala. But this issue came to lime light when two nuns passed away during an accident happened during the construction of a flat in Kottayam district.

I think this issues must be adequately dealt by the concerned authorities in kerala.
